I love your words of wisdom. I can not agree more. We are in charge of our own happiness. I make a point to start each day with a few thoughts. The first one being….I will be kinder than I feel. The second is that I will make this a good day no matter what comes at me. And third I promise to be kind to myself and take care of myself.
P.S. I love your blog!!

Thank you so very much! And this seems such a simple thing to do but I think many get caught up in the daily grind and forget that we do have a choice. I think that is such a wonderful to start the day … with a clear mental outline. I’m personally not there yet but you continue to inspire me to be the best version of myself! A very sincere thank you Mary!
